Heavy or restricted items (large paint buckets, long pipes, solvents, flammables) may be available for local delivery only.
If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you.
Delivery Time
Local Delivery (Waidhan / Singrauli)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered next business day.
Rest of India

Dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: 3–7 days, depending on location and courier availability.

Local Delivery

Standard delivery fee based on pincode zone (₹50–₹150).

Free Pickup available from our store: Hindustan Traders, Ambedkar Chowk, Waidhan.
Domestic Shipping (India)

Charges calculated at checkout based on weight, size and location.

Bulky items may incur additional courier charges.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

For local delivery, our team will coordinate timing directly.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make 2 delivery attempts.
If undelivered:

Order may be returned to us

Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges
Damaged / Leaking Products
Please record a video while opening the package.
Replacement will be provided if:

Damage is visible on delivery

Unboxing video is provided

Product is unused
Paint cans with dents but no leakage are not considered damaged.
Heavy / Restricted Items
Some items cannot be shipped by courier due to weight or safety rules:

10L & 20L paint buckets

Long pipes (uPVC/CPVC/PPR)

Large power tools

Solvents/chemicals
These are available only for local delivery or store pickup.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days.
